My client is experiencing a wealth of exciting change and innovation and requires an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join a small team ensuring software products have automated test packs and scripts for frequent, reliable testing to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation & Platforms: Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Test Strategy: Develop test plans covering functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Execution & Reporting: Perform tests, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation and deployment practices.
- Compliance: Adhere to QA standards, governance, and mandatory training.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methods.
- Experience with web, desktop and mobile application testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, SpecFlow, C# etc).
- ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent).
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and coach others in automation practices.
