Currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager/ Business Change Project Manager to join a high-performing Business Improvement & Change Team. You’ll lead and support a wide range of service and business improvement projects, including their ongoing Transformation Programme, which is reshaping how they work and deliver services. From process redesign and operational/service design to embedding technological change, your work will help ensure the client delivers reliable, consistent, and repeatable services.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business – from customer insight and data analytics to technology and frontline teams – to embed a culture of continuous improvement and deliver sustainable change.
- A proven track record of delivering business/service improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies (Green/Black Belt preferred)
