They are looking for an experienced, delivery focussed Solutions Engineer who enjoys working with emerging technologies and turning them into practical improvements. It will suit an inquisitive individual who has the curiosity to experiment with new tools and approaches, build time-boxed proofs of concept, and deliver working solutions (e.g., AI-enabled agents, workflow automation, and lightweight applications) that meet user needs and can be adopted safely at scale.

It is a hands-on role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced and pragmatic environment, who excels in inter-personal relationships, and wants to make a lasting impact by supporting change to the working practices of a global law firm.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a Business Analyst and Technical Delivery Lead to design and deliver new solutions.
  • Work with internal teams (legal & business services) to understand workflows and deliver practical improvements through technology (whether utilising existing technology or finding a new solution).
  • Deliver solutions end to end from requirement to pilot/rollout, driving adoption and value.
  • Build primarily through configuration and low code/no code, adding light scripting and integrations only when needed.
  • Translate problems into buildable requirements and options with clear trade offs, risks and benefits.
  • Produce concise documentation for assurance and handover (data flows, access model, configuration, runbooks).
  • Provide technical input to product/vendor selection: fit, integration/security, data portability/exit, delivery effort.
Required Skills / Experience
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
  • GenAI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) applied to workflows.
  • Identity & security: SSO, OAuth/OIDC, Conditional Access, information protection, audit/logging.
