Are you a lawyer who gets excited about a new piece of tech more than a new piece of case law? Or maybe you are a product manager who speaks fluent "legal" and loves helping lawyers work smarter, faster, and better. Either way, this could be your next challenge.

My client is looking for a Legal Tech Product Manager to join their Legal Tech team. You will help drive adoption of their growing stack of Legal Tech tools, making sure they actually make life easier for lawyers and smoother for clients. With around 15 tools under their belt, including HighQ, Legatics, Kira, Avail, Miro Harvey and others, you will need hands-on experience managing or using these kinds of tools to succeed in this role.

You will work in a collaborative team of Legal Technologists, Solution Engineers, and Product Managers, all aiming to make the firm one of the most innovative in the market.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own a set of Legal Tech tools, understand how they work, why they matter, and how to maximise their value.
  • Define success for your tools and make it happen through adoption, training, and clear impact metrics.
  • Work closely with suppliers, negotiating renewals, fine-tuning onboarding, and ensuring smooth integrations.
  • Partner with practice groups to tailor Legal Tech solutions to their workflows and client needs.
  • Occasionally present externally, delivering demos, supporting RFPs, and showcasing innovation credentials.

What they are looking for:

  • Experience as a product manager or product owner of Legal Tech tools, for example HighQ, Legatics, Kira, Avail, Miro Harvey.
  • You have either practiced law and loved using Legal Tech, or you have managed these tools from the product side within a firm.
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and securing buy-in confidently.
  • Organised, confident, and skilled at scoping projects while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-first mindset who can see problems and plan fixes immediately.
  • Agile experience is a plus.

Why you will love it there:

  • Work with a forward-thinking, innovative Legal Tech team.
  • Competitive salary and annual reviews.
  • Hybrid, flexible working.
  • Up to 28 days holiday depending on service.
  • Private medical insurance and enhanced parental leave.
  • And more, all designed to give you choice, flexibility, and balance.

If you are ready to combine legal insight and tech expertise, I would love to hear from you. Apply now or drop a note to nruocco@dghrecruitment.co.uk with your CV.
