A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support/Desktop Support Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technical issues.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Troubleshoot iManage and legal applications such as IntApp and Aderant.
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions.
- Handle hardware support, remote access, printing, and mobile device setup.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation via Zendesk and update IT asset records.
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and meeting room technology (Eptura/Condeco).
- Ensure compliance with endpoint protection tools (CrowdStrike, Darktrace).
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors.
- Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts.
Key Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in a professional services or law firm setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 is essential.
- Experience with iManage DMS and Exchange Online preferred.
- Familiarity with Mimecast or similar secure email tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Detail-oriented, with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, team-oriented and adaptable in a busy support environment.
