We are currently partnered with a well-established investment and asset management organisation to recruit for a Digital Transformation Lead. This is a senior, hands-on role leading a small transformation team and owning the delivery, prioritisation, and adoption of digital initiatives across the business, including data, reporting, low-code solutions and AI-enabled tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small Digital Transformation team day-to-day
  • Own and prioritise the digital delivery pipeline across multiple departments
  • Drive adoption of digital and product management frameworks at scale
  • Coordinate cross-departmental delivery and remove blockers to progress
  • Lead and govern AI adoption across the organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Coach and support business teams to better shape and use technology

Key requirements:

  • Strong background in digital transformation, change, delivery or product management
  • Experience leading or managing small teams
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
  • Exposure to digital products such as data platforms, reporting tools, software or low-code solutions
  • AI-first mindset with practical experience using modern AI tools
  • Background in financial services or asset management is desirable
