This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role, partnering with senior leaders to plan, execute and embed change.
The Senior Project Manager will focus on execution excellence: turning strategy into structured programmes, supporting senior leaders with delivery, and ensuring meaningful, measurable adoption across regions and divisions.
This role will suit someone highly organised, professional and delivery-focused, with a practical, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of culture and change initiatives aligned to strategic priorities, including leadership behaviours, collaboration, ways of working, wellbeing, client centricity and technology adoption.
- Develop and maintain programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Track progress against agreed outcomes, escalating risks or delays where necessary.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across functions and regions, ensuring alignment and avoiding duplication.
- Work closely with senior sponsors, partners and functional leads to support the delivery of change initiatives.
- Prepare briefing packs, progress updates and materials for governance forums and leadership meetings.
- Support leader‑led interventions such as workshops, pilots and engagement sessions, including planning, logistics and follow‑up.
- Act as a central point of contact for programme stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
- Apply structured change management approaches to support the adoption of new behaviours, processes and ways of working.
- Support readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping and engagement planning.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes or projects, ideally within professional services or similarly complex environments.
- Strong capability to plan, sequence and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Confidence working with governance structures, reporting, risk and dependency management.
- Working knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter.
- Experience supporting change from design through to implementation and adoption.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders while retaining clear ownership of delivery.
