A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clio Operate / ShareDo CMS Specialist to join our Manchester global law firm on an initial 8 month contract, on a fully remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Clio Operate / ShareDo, including matter types, custom fields, workflows, automations, document templates, tasks, and permission structures, so that each hub firm has a case management environment that fits how its teams actually work.
- Develop and apply a deep, working knowledge of the Clio Operate / ShareDo data model, using it to map, transform, and load case and matter data accurately.
- Lead the discovery of case data held in each hub firm's legacy case management system, profiling its structure, quality, and quirks before any migration begins.
Attributes/Skills:
- Experience working with Clio Operate or ShareDo is essential.
- Knowledge of Aderant Expert Sierra would be highly desirable.
- Experience migrating from legal case management systems in a professional services or law firm environment.
