A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chatbot Technical Lead to join our client, a global leader in financial information services, to lead the development and improvement of an AI-powered Service Desk Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development and ongoing enhancement of the AI Service Desk Assistant
- Build, configure, and maintain AI models, automation workflows, and integrations
- Gather feedback from users and IT teams to deliver continuous improvements
- Use data and analytics to identify knowledge gaps and training needs
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve service efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration
- Stay current with AI trends and apply emerging technologies to improve service delivery
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience working with AI/Chatbot platforms (e.g. Moveworks, Azure Bot Services, CoPilot)
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, ideally Jira Service Desk
- Ability to analyze usage data to drive product enhancements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile product teams
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Prior experience deploying AI agents or chatbots in a Service Desk environment
- Familiarity with service workflows and automation design
