We are currently partnered with a boutique law firm to recruit for a LegalTech Innovation Manager on a permanent basis. The firm has implemented some LegalTech solutions and innovation initiatives over the past 2 years, however, they are now looking to recruit for a dedicated Innovation Manager to run all innovation projects within the firm.

Any experience with NetDocuments and Clio will be highly desirable as well as other LegalTech tools such as Harvey, Legora and LexisNexis +AI. You will work closely with stakeholders within the firm to identify opportunities to implement innovative solutions, evaluate existing technologies against emerging tech, test and pilot products and implement successful solutions.

The initial focus will be around getting more out of the existing capabilities of NetDocuments and Clio as the firm looks to automate repeat tasks such as document drafting and contract reviews. The Innovation Manager will manage relationships with vendors to ensure solutions meet the business needs. Any hands-on experience automating workflows using low-code/no-code tools will be highly beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be legally trained, have worked in a tech innovation role for another firm and be keen to join a smaller firm where you can own innovation and report directly into the Managing Partners. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.
