A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Asset Manager / Senior IT Asset Management Analyst to join our Leeds based legal / financial services provider on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and improve existing asset management policies, procedures and processes
- Responsible for all asset data across the group, ensuring all assets are captured, tracked, updated and retired
- Build strong relationships with IT teams across the globe to ensure that policies are followed and asset information is correct for each location
- Ensure that data feeds are maintained into the ITSM system for an effective CMDB / Asset Management structure and improve the processes to ensure a good set of data
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an Asset Management role
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is essential
- Previous experience of establishing and maintaining an effective asset management system and creating an effective CMDB
- Experience of Certero Asset Management is desirable
