A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior 1st Line Support Analyst / Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our Manchester based law firm on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for IT related queries, providing support via telephone, email, remote assistance, and face to face engagement.
- Log, prioritise, and progress incidents and service requests in line with agreed processes and service levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide support for core applications including Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and other business tools.
Attributes/Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of PC Hardware and operating systems
- Awareness of using Active Directory
- Experience of logging tickets in ITSM call logging software
