A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Training & Adoption Specialist to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Training & Content Development
- Design and create engaging, user-focused training materials for new Marketing Technology solutions and CRM modules.
- Develop tailored training content to address the needs of different stakeholder groups.
- Draft communication and messaging to support change and adoption efforts.
- Training Delivery
- Schedule, manage, and facilitate live and virtual training sessions.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and user guidance for tools such as the Pitch Tool and CRM enhancements.
- Serve as the go-to expert during initial rollout periods.
- Adoption Metrics & Reporting
- Collaborate with project leads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for adoption.
- Support the creation of dashboards or reports to monitor tool usage and training impact.
- Provide recommendations based on adoption trends and user feedback.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in training, instructional design, or user enablement - preferably within a Marketing, CRM, or Technology environment.
- Experience supporting the rollout of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, InterAction) or similar business tools.
- Prior involvement in UAT, product feedback loops, or tool implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology functions.
- Professional services or legal industry experience (desirable but not essential).
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, InterAction, or similar).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Learning and collaboration tools (SharePoint, LMS, Confluence, etc.).
- Basic understanding of reporting tools (Excel dashboards, Power BI, etc.).
