A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.
IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide face to face and virtual classroom and one-on-one training, floor walking, labs
and personal consulting sessions.
• Independently develop learning courseware and end user documentation, consistently
resolving issues or queries to ensure courseware is in a final state.
• Develop eLearning modules as required for projects and business as usual learning to
supplement and/or replace IT training classes.
• Independently ensure learning courseware and end user documentation is regularly reviewed
and updated for continued accuracy.
• Ensure all learning function administrative processes are adhered to and completed in a
timely manner.
• Ensure preventative maintenance routines on training pc\’s are followed to ensure images
are appropriately prepared for training delivery.
• Participate in a positive proactive working relationship between the IT Learning &
Development team, other IT departmental teams and our customers.

Knowledge, Sills and Experience:
• Experience of training delivery/development in a similar role at a similar level
• Proficient in development of eLearning modules with Articulate or Captivate.
• Legal training experience a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 in addition to other relevant legal
applications (time recording systems, expense management systems, metadata management
systems, document comparison systems, workflow management systems, electronic signature
systems, PDF converters).
• Proficiency in iManage document management system applications (FileSite, iManage, Work
10).
• Proficiency using virtual meeting platforms (Webex, Teams and Zoom)
• Knowledge of Windows 10.
• Knowledge of mobile devices (iPhone, Android).
• Knowledge of telephone and voicemail systems, preferably Cisco.
• ATD, TAP or TPMA training qualification or equivalent preferred
