A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our London based financial firm on an initial 3 month contract basis Inside IR35.
Summary: The client is seeking someone that is responsible for delivering comprehensive 1st and 2nd line service desk support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software applications, and hardware. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line onsite support in line with the agreed company SLA structure.
- Efficiently respond to queries through our ticketing system or over the phone.
- Proactively identify potential issues, isolate them, and implement solutions before they occur.
Attributes/Skills:
- Experience working within the financial sector.
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Zscaler and basic network troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Azure/Azure AD services and identity and access management.
