p strong IT Project Manager - 14 month Fixed Term Contract - £58,000 - Bristol (Hybrid 2 days onsite) /strong /p p br /p p We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a broad range of technology and business transformation projects across the organisation. /p p br /p p Working in partnership with senior leaders, project sponsors, third-party suppliers and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout their full lifecycle—from initial planning and mobilisation through to implementation, operational handover and the delivery of measurable business impact. /p p br /p p strong Project Delivery /strong /p ul li Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and business change initiatives, selecting and applying Agile, Waterfall or blended delivery methodologies. /li li Establish project objectives, scope, delivery plans, resource requirements, budgets and timescales, ensuring successful execution from inception through to completion. /li li Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers, maintaining delivery momentum and ensuring key milestones are achieved. /li /ul p strong Governance Performance /strong /p ul li Oversee project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and change requests, taking proactive action to minimise delivery impacts. /li li Contribute to the preparation of business cases and ensure projects remain aligned with organisational priorities and anticipated business benefits. /li li Produce clear and timely progress updates for sponsors and senior stakeholders, providing meaningful insight into project performance. /li li Support robust governance and informed decision-making throughout /li /ul p strong Stakeholder Engagement /strong /p ul li Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, senior leaders and external partners to support successful project outcomes. /li li Build confidence through clear expectation management and constructive challenge where appropriate. /li li Champion continuous improvement by promoting knowledge sharing, consistent delivery practices and lessons learned. /li /ul p strong Implementation Continuous Improvement /strong /p ul li Plan and oversee the transition of completed projects into operational teams, ensuring a seamless move into business-as-usual. /li li Coordinate readiness activities, including user documentation, training and implementation support. /li li Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes, governance and ways of working. /li li Play an active role in supporting the organisations broader change and transformation programme. /li /ul p br /p p strong IT Project Manager - 14 month Fixed Term Contract - £58,000 - Bristol (Hybrid 2 days onsite) /strong /p
