IT Procurement Specialist – Permanent – London- £65,000
My client based in central London (Hybrid working, in the office 3 days a week) is looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a key role within the team and will see the successful candidate leading on complex IT Procurement projects within the organisation.
The IT Procurement Specialist will work closely with IT suppliers, have experience with contracts and costs and have previous experience in looking at legal terms and conditions.
The Procurement Specialist will have:
- Previous experience working on IT categories with a strong knowledge of IT sourcing processes.
- Experience of building and managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contract negotiation experience including terms and conditions as well as commercials.
- Ability and experience in influencing, negotiation and communication of complex issues.
- Experience with leading IT Procurement and strategic sourcing projects over the full procurement lifecycle.
- Evidence of commercial acumen with a track record of successful negotiation and successful partnerships where relevant
- Excellent stakeholder management
- CIPS certification would be advantageous
This is a hybrid position and will require travelling into the London office at least 3 days a week.
