A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Asset Controller / IT Asset Analyst to join our Manchester based law firm on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Track and monitor license usage, ensuring maximum reasonable asset utilisation.
  • Removal of unused licences by identifying and deactivating redundant software from users to optimise costs, ensure compliance and improve resource management.
  • Manage the central Asset Control mailbox / Fresh Desk support queue in line with processes.
  • Asset database audits involving systematically reviewing and verifying records assets to ensure accuracy, compliance and proper management of the organisation's resources.
  • Global stock management to strategically coordinate the inventory across global locations to optimise supply, demand and distribution efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an Asset Management role.
  • Asset and licence management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience working with complex formulas.
