Power Platform Support Analyst – Newcastle – Hybrid working two to three days a week in office
My global client within the legal sector is seeking an experienced Support Analyst with commercial experience with Power Platform. This role will support a new team made up of Developers, Analysts, Solution Architects, and Product Owners with 1st line support as my client continues their implementation of Power Platform throughout the business.
You will work closely with the team to solve Microsoft Service technical problems as solutions are created for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to further their career within Power Platform, with potential for future progression within this team.
Skills and experience required
- Previous Support Analyst experience within an IT function
- Some commercial experience with Power Platform
- Microsoft certifications around Power Platform and Azure would be beneficial
- The ability to multitask and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of coding languages would be advantageous
