We are currently partnered with a leading international professional services firm to recruit for a Project Manager - HR. This role sits within a central PMO and will work closely with the global HR function, with a primary focus on the implementation of a new SAP SuccessFactors HRIS following completion of a full RFP process.
Programme overview:
- SAP SuccessFactors has been selected as the new global HRIS
- This project is already in-flight and looking for someone to come in and deliver the remaining modules.

- Employee Central
- Onboarding and Recruitment
- Performance and Compensation
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global SAP SuccessFactors implementation across multiple phases
- Own the project plan, governance, controls, risks, dependencies and reporting framework
- Partner with senior HR and business stakeholders to align delivery with firm-wide strategic objectives
- Coordinate multiple workstreams covering HR process improvement, organisational change and technology implementation
- Manage systems integrators and third-party vendors to ensure quality, cost control and value realisation
- Drive change management, communications and stakeholder engagement across global teams
- Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timeline and budget
