A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and technical support of the Workday system (Core HCM, Time & Absence, Performance Management, UK Payroll).
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise Workday modules and business processes.
- Analyse HR workflows and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency through automation and best practices.
- Manage user access and system security in line with compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain HR system documentation, including user guides.
- Develop Workday reports and dashboards using Advanced Reports and Calculated Fields.
- Support Workday module upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Support additional people systems such as SABA (LMS), iCIMS (ATS), Darwin (Benefits), and Pirical.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party providers to manage incidents and feature rollouts.
- Deliver training and support to end users across the business.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar HRIS or Workday-focused role.
- Hands-on configuration experience in at least two Workday modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security roles.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, testing, and user acceptance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly with complex system issues.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with sensitive HR data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and train users effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with GDPR compliance.
- Previous experience working in a professional services or global environment is desirable.
- Workday certification and knowledge of systems such as iCIMS, Darwin, Cornerstone, Panopto, or Pirical is an advantage.
- Exposure to Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
