HR Data Lead β London β FTC (12 months) β Β£90k
My global legal client is seeking an experienced HR Data Lead to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract to assist with the implementation of a new HRIS/HR SaaS and improve the HR Function. The HR Data Lead will be working closely with the HRIS Manager and HIRS Project Delivery team to oversee all HR Data management of the implementation. This is a strategic and hands on opportunity acting as the bridge between the HR Team to ensure that the governance, data integrity, and quality is maintained through out the project life cycle.
The successful candidate will be working with various Project stakeholders, system party vendors, IT team to define the data requirements and data migration activities.
Skills and experience required
- Strong understanding and knowledge of HR data structures, data transformation techniques, process and relational databases
- Proven commercial experience with HIRS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday and data migration tools
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel and Power BI
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulation and HR data security best practice
- Proven experience of managing and establishing data governance frameworks in a complexed environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Previous experience working on large scale HR transformation projects
