Job Description
Head of Legal Project Management (LPM) – 12 Mth FTC – £Competitive – London / Hybrid
We are currently partnered with a leading law firm as they look to recruit for a Head of Legal Project Manager (LPM) on a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave.
As Head of Legal Project Management, you will have accountability for legal operational transformation, project delivery, client advisory solutions and team development. Your role will be vital in embedding LPM, process improvement and legal ops across practice groups.
On a day-to-day basis, your role will encompass leadership and team management of a team of c.18 professionals, helping to set clear goals and manage workload and priorities.
As Head of Legal Project Management (LPM), you will have a continuous improvement mindset and look at ways to improve how LPM, tech, process improvement and data are utilised in the delivery of projects.
You will also be involved in leading more complex LPM projects for major client matters and internal projects.
To be considered, you must demonstrate an strong experience in legal operations, legal project management, or professional services delivery at a senior level; leadership and development of teams; and a deep understanding of legal service delivery models.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.
