We are currently partnered with a leading, not-for-profit organisation, to help them recruit for a Head of Business Design and Architecture.
The successful Head of Business Design and Architecture will be joining to establish and run a new Business Design and Architecture function in support of their multi-year, multi-million pound transformation. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 1-2 days per week in the London office.
Responsibilities- Aligning the function with the strategic and target operating model (TOM) aims of the transformation programme;
- Leading the design and architecture teams across people, process, technology and data, with both through direct and indirect management;
- Creating and leading a 'centre of excellence' practice for the Business Analysts within the team;
- Leading and co-chairing the new Business Design Authority;
- Embedding and evolving the new Business Architecture framework across the organisation.
