Seeking an experienced HRIS Test Lead to ensure successful implementation of a new HRIS across global offices. The role focuses on test strategy, execution, and quality assurance, collaborating with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to validate functionality, data accuracy, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and own test strategy and plans for all phases (unit, system, integration, UAT). Define test cases and acceptance criteria aligned with project milestones.
- Execution & Coordination: Lead and coordinate testing across HR, IT, and vendors. Manage test environments, data preparation, defect tracking. Facilitate UAT and provide progress reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Validate system functionality, integrations, and compliance. Monitor and report risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR process owners and vendors. Provide training and support during UAT. Act as main contact for testing queries and escalations.
Skills & Competencies:
- HRIS testing experience (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong HR process knowledge.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- ISTQB Foundation (Advanced preferred).
