Exchange / Messaging Administrator PLEASE NOTE: This role will fall inside IR35 and will require 1 day a week on site in Birmingham. DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the legal industry who require an Exchange / Messaging Administrator to join the firm in Birmingham on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: * Migration of a large number of PST files to Exchange Online. * Provide support for Exchange Online and hybrid email infrastructure. * Monitor and troubleshoot issues within Exchange Online and related services. * Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap changes affecting Exchange Online. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience administering hybrid Exchange environments with Active Directory synchronization. * Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration. * Expertise in supporting MFA, Conditional Access, and email-specific security policies. * Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with a focus on security, compliance, and performance.
