An opportunity has arisen for a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst to join a team supporting a large cloud and infrastructure environment based in Chelmsford. The role will focus on supporting a telephony project alongside providing day-to-day infrastructure support across cloud, network and operational services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a telephony and infrastructure project across cloud and network environments
- Provide day-to-day support across cloud, infrastructure and operational systems
- Assist with incident, problem and change management activities
- Support networking and equipment work onsite when required
- Maintain infrastructure security, availability and reliability
- Work with Azure infrastructure, monitoring and backup services
- Support infrastructure upgrades, documentation and technical improvements
Key Experience
- Experience working in a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst or similar infrastructure support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- Experience with Terraform, Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code
- Understanding of networking, routers, switches and VoIP/telephony solutions
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Azure Active Directory and Intune
- Experience working within ITIL environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills
- Must be flexible with onsite attendance in Chelmsford, including full weeks onsite where required
