Currently recruiting for an eDiscovery Technical Lead to join the team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end delivery of eDisclosure projects, ensuring quality control, data security, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully deliver and assist in the delivery of eDisclosure projects.
- Manage and support the eDiscovery team, providing technical, strategic, and practical know-how on eDisclosure services.
- Ensure quality control processes are adhered to in all service deliveries.
- Communicate and confirm task/project approaches with the eDiscovery Senior Technical Lead and Manager.
- Generate and adhere to recommendations, project plans, cost estimates, procedures, and specifications, ensuring quotes are provided and instructions are agreed upon in writing.
- Process data received in various formats.
- Set up and customize review platforms, run searches, cull data, create review batches, customize coding templates, and create user roles and permission settings.
- Resolve first-line support queries and collaborate with second- and third-line support to resolve technical issues.
- Act as a reference point for service issues, escalating complaints to the team Manager and working with them to address these.
- Ensure defensible processes and data security procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain project and product documentation.
- Administer software and hardware used by the eDiscovery team.
- Assist with the collection and reporting of statistics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of the EDRM.
- Experience using eDisclosure products such as Relativity, Reveal, Disco, Axcelerate, Nuix, Sharedo, or Opus2.
