My client, a leading housing association, has an exciting opportunity for a Technology Supply Chain Director/ Technology Procurement Commercial Director to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a key role within the department sitting within Technology shaping financial strategy, supply chain management, commercial operations, and delivery governance.
The role will involve:
- Oversee Technology finance, commercial, contract management and delivery operations.
- Drive high performance, collaboration and continuous improvement across a multi-disciplinary team.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and cost optimisation for all Technology Opex and Capex.
- Ensure robust financial governance and alignment with corporate planning cycles.
- Drive category management, procurement execution, and contract management for Corporate Services, aligned to the Group Supply Chain framework.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain to enhance supply chain performance, compliance, and value for money.
- Lead the Technology PMO function to ensure effective planning, governance and delivery of Run the Business initiatives.
- Maintain strong alignment with corporate demand processes and organisational governance standards.
