- Support, configure, and maintain core business applications (case management, document management, and database systems)
- Develop and enhance Microsoft Office solutions, including templates, automation, and data integration
- Support and optimise SQL Server databases under direction
- Gather requirements and deliver technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintain application security, data protection, and secure coding standards
- Assist with reporting, workload management, and project delivery
- Provide occasional out-of-hours support when required
