My Law firm client are looking for a Business Analyst to join them as part of their new business strategy. Working throughout the firm they will be responsible for optimising productivity through the better use of technology. It is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced and pragmatic environment. They are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management who enjoys supporting change to the working practices of a law firm.
They are looking for Candidates with:
- Experience translating between technical concepts and business language.
- A passion for Legal innovation and emerging technologies.
- A strong understanding of AI concepts, e.g. machine learning, generative AI.
- Experience facilitating workshops and demos to gather feedback and drive user adoption.
- Experience of sprint planning, and user story creation for innovation initiatives.
My client are looking for candidates who have worked previously in a law firm or legal environment, with knowledge of legal industry practices and terminology. This role is a perm position, offering up to £75,000pa. They have a hybrid working policy of at least 2 days per week in the London office and the remainder worked remote.
