Business Architect, Hybrid Manchester, £76.5k
The Senior Business Architect will help build a new Business Architecture practice supporting a major transformation programme.

The role focuses on shaping business architecture, establishing standards and ways of working, and enabling efficient, sustainable organisational change.

People Management and Leadership
Leading a cohort of Business Architects, building the team, managing performance, overseeing delivery, and developing the team Business Architecture Practice
Working with the Head of and other leaders, developing a strong, high performing function, creating consistent ways of working, methodologies and delivery approaches.

Developing and leading the application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools, service patterns and business journey blueprints.

Designing and Assuring Transformation and Change deliverables
Providing the architectural input for design and assurance outputs and assurance, ensuring solutions enable delivery of target outcomes and deliverables.

What you'll bring:
Senior level, broad experience of Business Architecture practice development and deployment.

Includes development, application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools and tooling in a large, complex operating model setting.

People Leadership, Management and Team development experience.

Ideally experience in creating teams from scratch.

Experience and knowledge in clienting professional services partners to deliver successful outcomes.
