A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Systems Specialist (SuccessFactors) to join our London based global law firm on a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s HR system SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with data security standards.
- Deliver configuration changes, oversee system upgrades, and manage issue resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for external vendors and system partners, managing contracts and performance.
- Develop and deliver accurate, insightful MI reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions.
- Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to HR system users, promoting best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology.
