Business Change Manager – Permanent – London Β£61,000 (hybrid working, 1-2 days a week in the office)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Change Manager to join our client, a housing organisation on a permanent basis.

As Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring effective change management and delivery ensuring objectives of change are met
  • Creating and implementing change management approaches and plans
  • Coaching senior leaders and people managers to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor/lead
  • Implementing change plans to reduce resistance to change and ensure successful adoption and benefits realisation on upcoming projects
  • Drives continuous improvement of the approach, using data and insight to ensure change benefits are realised and maximised

Previous experience within the housing sector will be highly desirable, as will any formal Change Management qualifications.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 1-2 days per week in the London office.
