We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a broad range of technology and business transformation projects across the organisation.

Working in partnership with senior leaders, project sponsors, third-party suppliers and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout their full lifecycle—from initial planning and mobilisation through to implementation, operational handover and the delivery of measurable business impact.

Project Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and business change initiatives, selecting and applying Agile, Waterfall or blended delivery methodologies.
  • Establish project objectives, scope, delivery plans, resource requirements, budgets and timescales, ensuring successful execution from inception through to completion.
Governance & Performance
  • Oversee project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and change requests, taking proactive action to minimise delivery impacts.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business cases and ensure projects remain aligned with organisational priorities and anticipated business benefits.
  • Produce clear and timely progress updates for sponsors and senior stakeholders, providing meaningful insight into project performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, senior leaders and external partners to support successful project outcomes.
  • Build confidence through clear expectation management and constructive challenge where appropriate.
Implementation & Continuous Improvement
  • Plan and oversee the transition of completed projects into operational teams, ensuring a seamless move into business-as-usual.
  • Coordinate readiness activities, including user documentation, training and implementation support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes, governance and ways of working.
  • Play an active role in supporting the organisation's broader change and transformation programme.
