A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Engagement / IT Business Relationship Manager to join a leading law firm on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between IT and internal departments, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Identify technology needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities across legal and support teams.
- Translate business requirements into deliverable IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and prioritise the IT delivery roadmap.
- Represent business teams within IT for service issues, enhancements and escalations.
- Work closely with Change, Training and IT Delivery teams to support technology rollout and adoption.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication between TKC and business teams.
- Support procurement and vendor management alongside IT leadership.
Key Experience & Skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven experience in IT business partnering, engagement, or technology consulting.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations effectively.
- Experience identifying and delivering process or service improvements.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and project management principles.
- ITIL certification and/or equivalent experience.
