ServiceNow Developer – £75k – London – Hybrid
My prestigious legal client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their growing IT function. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and shape my client’s ServiceNow environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing requirements into technical solutions and then deploying and maintaining the ServiceNow Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day technical management of the ServiceNow Product suite.
- Primary contact for all ServiceNow integration and enhancement requests.
- Translating requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and optimising automation and integration.
- Acting as the ServiceNow Platform SME and technical escalation point for junior staff.
- Ensure that ServiceNow enhancements and integrations are done to best practice and keep a high Health Scan score.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Admin Certified.
- ServiceNow Scripting such as UI Policy, UI Action Client Scripts, Email Inbound, Business Rule.
- Good knowledge and experience with JavaScript.
- Good experience with Service Portal & Widget Creation.
- Flow Designer.
- Integration Hub.
- Service Mapping.
- Discovery.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practice and new features.
