The Identity Engineer will provide hands on delivery support across identity, authentication, and single sign on (SSO) changes as part of a large merger programme. The role focuses on implementing identity updates, supporting SSO remediation, and enabling Day 1 readiness activities.
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft Active Directory in on-premise and hybrid environments
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Single Sign On (SSO) technologies including SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Identity attributes and authentication flows (e.g., UPN and email address changes)
- Working knowledge of certificates and PKI as they relate to identity and SSO
- Troubleshooting authentication and access issues
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering identity changes in enterprise environments
- Hands on experience supporting SSO migrations, updates, or remediation
- Experience working in hybrid identity environments (cloud and on-prem)
- Experience supporting testing, cutover, and go live activities
