Job Description \n Senior ServiceNow Developer - Permanent - London (hybrid) - £85,000 to 95,000 per annum \n A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a London-based global law firm. \n Key Responsibilities \n Translate business requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solution designs. \n Design, configure and develop end-to-end solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, access controls, notifications, forms and catalog items. \n Improve business processes through workflow automation, self-service and enhanced user experience. \n Implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agents. \n Design and support enterprise integrations and custom scoped applications. \n Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, performant and upgradeable, with appropriate technical documentation. \n Support ServiceNow releases, upgrades, testing, deployments, incidents and operational handover. \n Work with CMDB and platform data to maintain data quality and governance within Agile delivery practices. \n Key Experience \n Typically 5+ years' hands-on ServiceNow experience across design, development, configuration, testing, deployment and operational handover. \n Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, architecture awareness and ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. \n Strong experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, access controls, notifications, forms and catalog items. \n Integration experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and Import Sets. \n Working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS and XML. \n Experience developing custom scoped applications and workflows across areas such as ITSM, CMDB, Security Operations, Workplace Service Delivery, Contract Management and Discovery. \n Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, or strong knowledge of Now Assist, AI Agents and AI Agent Studio. \n Experience working independently within Agile/Scrum environments and engaging both technical and business stakeholders. \n ServiceNow CSA, CAD and/or relevant CIS certification is desirable. \n Senior ServiceNow Developer - Permanent - London (hybrid) - £85,000 to 95,000 per annum \n In accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position. \n DGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
