DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the professional services industry who require a Senior Integration Engineer to join the firm in London. You will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable integrations using Workato. Please note: This role will be largely remote with occasional ad-hoc visits to the London office when required. The hours for this role are 11am-7pm to align with the US team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and maintain integrations using Workato.
- Leverage advanced Workato capabilities, including Recipe design and optimization, Custom connectors and SDKs, On-premise agents, Error handling, retries, and monitoring best practices.
- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Perform regular code and recipe reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, QA, and production environments.
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to preventative improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience building enterprise integrations, preferably using Workato (although will consider other integration tool experience).
- Demonstrated expertise with APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication methods, and data transformations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance delivery, quality, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
