Job Description
Audio Visual Technician/Audio Visual Specialist – London – Permanent – £41,500 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Audio Visual Technician/Audi Visual Specialist to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.
*Please note this role is onsite 5 days per week*
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for hybrid meetings and events
Troubleshoot AV and Unified Communications issues
Maintain and monitor meeting room technology (Teams Rooms, Crestron, Polycom, etc.)
Conduct room checks, preventative maintenance, and escalate technical faults
Assist in deploying and testing new AV/UC solutions
Participate in IT projects, including out-of-hours work
Maintain inventory and documentation for AV and IT assets
Ideal Candidate:
At least 1 year's experience supporting AV/IT equipment
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, SIP, and basic networking
Skilled in troubleshooting Windows OS, common applications, and remote support tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically capable of lifting and moving AV equipment
