We're looking for IT Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of technology and transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on AI and Agentic AI programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple technology and transformation projects across their full lifecycle.
- Manage programme governance, budgets, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and status reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, senior business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Oversee solution delivery from design through testing, deployment and service transition.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers and Business Analysts, creating a high-performing delivery environment.
- Support business change activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager and/or Portfolio Manager delivering complex IT projects.
- Demonstrable experience delivering AI and Agentic AI initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, application delivery and infrastructure change.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience, including outsourced providers.
- Previous experience leading and managing teams of permanent and contract professionals.
- Prince2, APM Practitioner or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience within professional services environments would be advantageous.
