Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Join to apply for the Specialist Speech and Language Therapist role at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic therapist to join our Speech and Language Therapy team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will join the Band 6 rotation programme spending 9 months in the following areas: Critical Care, General Medicine, Stroke Unit, and the Integrated Community Stroke Team. There will be opportunities for video fluoroscopy, FEES, and tracheostomy training.

You will be joining a forward-thinking innovative team at an exciting time. The team has a focus on compassionate leadership, staff well-being, and valuing every member of the team for their unique contributions.

The post is permanent and full-time. There will be a requirement to cover weekend working on a rota basis when the post holder is rotated onto the Stroke Unit.
