We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our menswear corner in Harrods, London. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
  • Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
  • Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
  • Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge
  • Ensure to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i.e. CRM)
  • Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
  • Support basic cash operations when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
  • Client Ceremony

  • Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
  • Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
