We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Store in Sloane street. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the Store Manager's partner to achieve store sales budget, lead and support all activities to achieve the business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction, support Sales Staff to drive sales, maximize productivity and profitability in compliance with company’s procedures.
  • Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service.
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place.
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly Boutique performance, reporting current business trends to cover every aspect of the business, as well as competitor performance, to ensure a business increase.
  • Analyze Store KPIs and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Develop and implement business action plans in order to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment.
  • Achieve the monthly target by utilizing a top client strategy to retain and develop high potential clients.
  • Arrange and conduct monthly coaching sessions with the Sales Staff to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback.
  • Grow the managerial competencies of Sales Manager role providing monthly coaching sessions to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback.
  • Identify and create action plans, build development plans for all employees.
  • Facilitate the collaboration between the store and the Corporate departments in order to meet all DG policies and procedures.
  • Motivate and challenge the Staff of Front of House and Back of House to provide the highest level of client service.
  • Strategically apply CRM methods and procedures in order to assist in the execution of company CRM initiatives and build actions for developing opportunities with loyal and potential clients.
  • Participate in attracting, recruiting, and retaining a high performing team.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus.
  • Relevant experience as a manager in Luxury retail.
