Our focus is on delivering high quality advice and great customer service and we utilise the best available technologies, training and resources to enable us to do this. This is a self-employed, commission only business model. Realistic OTE’s year on year are uncapped and as follows:

  • First full year earning potential - £80-£100,000
  • Year 2 - £125,000+
  • Year 3 - £175,000+
  • Year 4 - £250,000++
  • Our top performers make £500k+ per annum

Requirements for Capricorn Financial

Mortgage Advisers can join Capricorn once you hold a basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 OR RO1). However, it would be beneficial to hold the full CeMAP qualification or RO6, therefore we would encourage you to obtain before or during the role. You need to be comfortable starting a self-employed role and building your own business, on the Capricorn platform.
