McLaughlin Harvey are one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland. We are seeking to recruit a Learning Development Administrator to join our busy team based in our Bellshill office. This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week over 3 days), offering an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator to play a key role in supporting the development of our people while benefiting from a flexible working pattern that supports a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- The Learning Development Administrator will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, contributing to the delivery and administration of learning and development activities within McLaughlin Harvey.
- Managing training requirements identified through the company’s training matrix.
- Managing CSCS cards and other construction-related certifications.
- Overseeing CPCS processes, including training bookings, coordinating VQs, renewing certifications, and applying for cards.
- Arranging PDR training requests following approval.
- Collaborating with the HR team regarding training requirements for new employees.
