We are looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of El Gato Negro Tapas in Liverpool. This role is key to delivering smooth service, maintaining high standards and ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the management team with the day to day running of the site.
  • Delivering a customer focused strategy in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Compliance – health & safety, food safety, record keeping and stock control.

The Person:
  • Proven track record in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, including people management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work confidently and consistently to the highest standards with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Drive and determination to achieve performance standards, both operationally and customer focused.
  • A willingness to challenge the β€˜status quo’ to drive higher levels of performance and growth.
  • Being fully conversant with all relevant legislation, including health & safety and food hygiene safety.
