Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Team Support
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and supporting the nursery team
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment
- Support recruitment, induction, and staff development
- Maintain high standards of care, education, and safety
- Help oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum
- Assist with daily operational and compliance tasks
- Assist in fee management, budget monitoring, and invoicing
