 Why We’re Hiring
We’re a startup building tools, running a consultancy, and scaling SaaS – all underpinned by people and process. But we think AI can supercharge what we do – if used properly. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for someone who loves exploring AI tools and building useful things with them – from clever prompts to automated workflows. You’ll help us use AI to solve real problems: for our clients, our team, and our internal ops.
 What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, learning-by-doing role. You’ll:
- Build and refine AI prompts for internal tools and client delivery
- Use OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models to automate tasks and boost output
- Work with platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, Notion, or Slack to link things together
- Test and tweak tools like GPTs, Assistants, or AI agents (e.g. LangChain, ChatGPT Code Interpreter)
- Spot things we do manually today and help automate or optimise them
 What We’re Looking For
We’re not chasing degrees or big-brand CVs. You might be:
- A self-taught AI nerd, prompt engineering hobbyist, or automation tinkerer
- Someone who’s used GPT-4, Midjourney, Claude, or similar and built actual use cases
- Familiar with no-code tools or scripting (even basic Python, JS, or API integration)
- Curious, proactive, and willing to figure stuff out – you love learning in public
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a startup environment
 What You’ll Get
- A front-row seat in a growing startup using AI to scale smartly
- Freedom to experiment, try new tools, and learn by doing
- Equity options + potential to grow as the role scales
- A team that values initiative and ideas, not job titles
